Job Description
JOB TITLE: Program Officer – Knowledge Management & Business Intelligence
REPORTS TO: Program Manager – Projects and Business Development
* JOB OVERVIEW: To support the effectiveness of all business units with a knowledge management system.
* To support the Project and Business Development Directorate with field knowledge that improves competitiveness.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* The Lagos-based Programme Manager will develop and maintain an IT-enabled environment for effective sharing and storage of information and knowledge across the Foundation’s system.
* He/ She will also capture and analyze data from all GBF projects and convert into business intelligence that increases the competitiveness of the organization.
* Deploying and managing an organisation-wide file sharing system with relevant policies,
* Updating the internal communication policies,
* Developing questionnaires and liaising with project managers to ensure they are administered on all GBF projects,
* Analyzing data collected and producing business intelligence reports usable across different business units,
* Maintaining the office IT infrastructure and providing IT support to all stakeholders.
QUALIFICATION:
* HND/BSc in Computer Science or any equivalent qualification with 2– 3 years experience in a related field.
* Research and data analysis experience is an added advantage.
SKILLS
* Organised with data-analysis abilities
* Good interpersonal and presentation skills
* Ability to manage complex projects
* Requisite IT skills
Industry: Banking / Financial Services

Minimum Educational Qualification: Degree
Minimum Experience Required: 2 Year(s)
